NDIS Pricing
For NDIS participants we charge according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2024-2025.
In addition to each hour worked, Dependable Supports will charge for 15 to 30 minutes of provider travel time.
NDIS participants and support coordinators are encouraged to contact us via email to discuss pricing.
Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours, we will bill for the full service if we cannot replace the time slot with another booking. Dependable Supports will not bill for the call out fee of a cancelled booking.
